At BALBOA SPICES, we don’t use flavorings or soluble extracts. We use real spices, finely ground, that only reveal their essence when simmered over heat.


Instant chai may be convenient, yes... but it doesn’t honor the process. And true chai should never be rushed. It’s blended. It’s heated. It’s brought to a boil to release its soul.


When you infuse our chai, you’re not just making a drink. You’re creating a ritual. You’re connecting with centuries of tradition, with healing aromas, and living ingredients. That doesn’t fit into a little packet.
